The first Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program-MPNP draw of October 2025 sent out a total of 862 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to candidates aspiring to become permanent residents of Canada.
Just a day before the draw, on October 8, 2025, Manitoba announced a significant increase in its PNP nomination allocation from 4,750 to 6,239 for the year.
Manitoba has been increasing draw frequency and expanding occupational targets throughout 2025.
